Pixodust Games Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise privacy rights.
Who controls your data
Pixodust Aplicativos LTDA, doing business as Pixodust Games, CNPJ 30.034.069/0001-05, a Brazilian company based at Rua Maria Carolina, 692, CJ 101, CEP 01445-000, São Paulo - SP, Brazil. Contact: privacy@pixodust.com.
For privacy requests, contact privacy@pixodust.com. Pixodust is the controller of personal data processed for its website and games, except where a third-party platform or SDK acts as an independent controller under its own policy.
Scope
This policy applies to pixodust.com, support forms, and Pixodust mobile games available through Apple App Store and Google Play.
It is written for Brazil’s LGPD and also addresses GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws, and other laws where they apply.
Data we collect from the website and support
If you contact us, we collect the information you send: name, email, Game ID, subject, message, attachments, and support metadata needed to answer you.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser, and security events.
Website cookies and embedded services
The current Pixodust website does not set first-party tracking cookies. It does load external services such as Google Fonts and YouTube no-cookie embeds for game preview videos. Those providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser, device information, page URL, and interaction with the embedded content under their own policies.
If we add analytics, advertising pixels, account login, comments, or non-essential cookies to the website later, we will update this policy and add the required consent controls.
Data we collect from games
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system, language, country/region, app version, IP-derived approximate location, and similar diagnostics.
- Advertising identifiers: Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID when available and allowed by consent/settings.
- Game data: anonymous Game ID, progress, inventory, session events, levels, errors, crashes, and anti-fraud signals.
- Purchase events: item purchased, price tier, store, receipt/order identifier, and delivery status. We do not receive full payment card details.
- Optional platform data: if you connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, we may receive platform identifiers, nickname, and connection status.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your real name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, or payment card number through our games unless you voluntarily include personal data in a support message.
Why we use data
- Operate the games, save progress, restore purchases, and provide support.
- Fix bugs, monitor crashes, balance gameplay, and improve content.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, limit fraud, and provide rewarded ads.
- Detect cheating, abuse, security issues, chargeback fraud, and unauthorized activity.
- Comply with legal, tax, platform, and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with law, and protection against fraud or abuse.
Ads, analytics, and third-party SDKs
Our games may use advertising, attribution, analytics, crash, and platform SDKs. These partners may process device data, identifiers, gameplay events, approximate location, ad interactions, and purchase events under their own policies.
Partners may include:
- AppLovin
- Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics
- Unity Ads and ironSource
- Meta Audience Network and Facebook SDK
- Mintegral
- Pangle
- Liftoff/Vungle
- Chartboost
- Digital Turbine, DT Exchange, and Fyber
- Singular
- GameAnalytics
- Apple
We do not sell your name or email to advertisers. Some jurisdictions define targeted advertising or cross-context sharing broadly; where required, we provide opt-out or consent controls through the game, device settings, or partner frameworks.
Purchases and store platforms
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process billing and payment data under their own policies and terms. We receive limited purchase records needed to deliver items, handle support, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting obligations.
International transfers
Pixodust is based in Brazil, but our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and countries where ad, analytics, cloud, and platform providers operate.
Where required, transfers are protected by mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual safeguards, consent, or another mechanism recognized by applicable law. ANPD’s international-transfer rules describe these mechanisms for LGPD purposes.
Children
Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over and are not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, play only with permission from a parent or guardian.
If you believe a child under 13 provided personal data to us, contact privacy@pixodust.com and we will review and delete data where required.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support messages are usually kept for up to 24 months. Game saves are kept while the Game ID remains active and may be deleted or anonymized after inactivity. Crash and analytics data are usually aggregated or deleted after 12-24 months. Purchase records may be kept longer where required for tax, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, anonymization, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction, and review of automated decisions where applicable.
Brazilian users may also contact Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority, ANPD. EU/EEA or UK users may contact their local data protection authority. California and other US state residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit use of sensitive data where applicable, and opt out of sale/share or targeted advertising as defined by local law.
We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
How to exercise rights and choices
Email privacy@pixodust.com and include the game name and Game ID. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
You can find each game request-for-deletion page inside that game support page.
You can limit advertising tracking through iOS/Android settings, reset your advertising identifier, use in-game privacy settings when available, disconnect Google Play Games/Game Center, or uninstall the game.
US state privacy notice
For US state privacy laws, the categories of personal information we may collect are identifiers, device and internet activity data, approximate location, commercial information about in-app purchases, support content you provide, and inferences or analytics derived from gameplay. Sources include you, your device, store platforms, SDK partners, and gameplay events.
We use and disclose these categories for the purposes described above: operating games, support, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, and platform requirements. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some advertising SDK activity may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain US laws; where required, you can opt out through device settings, in-game privacy controls, or partner frameworks.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secure transport, monitoring, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data and respond to incidents.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our games, partners, technology, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
